Dr. A. T. Onosode, was a Baptist per excellence. He was greatly admired and respected by many in the Sapele Baptist Association. Although, I was from Ghana (now Glory) Baptist Church, I always looked forward to seeing the young, handsome, erudite and articulate speaker, minister at the associational meetings.
My Dad, (late Rev. E.O. Ejovi) had told me so many wonderful things about the Onosode family, including, their late father's decades of service and contribution to the Sapele Baptist Association. Indeed, we will all miss a mentor and a father. Rest in peace till we meet to part no more. My deepest condolences to the entire Onosode family, the Nigerian Baptist Convention and the Pastors’ Children Fellowship both in Nigeria and America.
