Judy, We first met at my house, sitting by my backyard pool. We got together to meet each other and prepare for our first year of teaching kindergarten together at Oliver Beach. You also met with my son, Justin, as you would be his teacher. You made him feel so special that day. From the first moment we met, I saw that special energy and joy for life that radiate from you. Through our time teaching together, we shared our ideas, experiences, accomplishments and frustrations. Your sense of humor, your positive attitude, and your contagious love of life helped me keep things in perspective. We haven't seen each other in many years, but I am glad we reconnected on Facebook. You continue to help me keep things in perspective and focus on what is truly important. You have touched so many lives...you are such an inspiration!
