Patrick Dailey was an amazing gentleman who would always stop by for a friendly chat. He was a very humble man and good-natured. I have known him since elementary school and we graduated together in the Class of 81. He served the Joppatowne community and Harford County proudly. As we are all so very proud of him. I wish his family all the best and hope that they know how grateful we are for his service. God Bless.
